Our consultants are involved in the functional design and are responsible for the set-up of initial, design and build of enhancements to store legacy data and the modification of delivered BACS SQR and Application Engine routines. Additionally we deliver report specifications, provided functional design for the revised routines as specified, in addition to designed and tested post release enhancements. Our technical responsibilities included the creation of SQR reports and like wising the use of other technologies and third party tools. We were also involved in the system test prior to general release and we have deliver Core Engine and Rules training to clients on behalf of PeopleSoft Education Services. Premier has established an offshore Solution Center devoted to research, off-site development, upgrades and support. Conducting project work off-site in Premier's Solution Center can be a cost effective option for many clients as it minimizes additional consulting expenses including travel and lodging. The Center enables our consultants to master new technologies and provides a safe environment for development and testing.  We can model and test the PeopleSoft application without impacting on production environments.  Extensive testing has optimized the performance of our system and we have tackled many connectivity issues, which means maximizing client system efficiency in minimal time. Services performed by the Center include PeopleSoft 8 compare report generation, modification upgrades and other database upgrades. While the majority of upgrade services are focused on actual PeopleSoft database objects, support for interface and reporting upgrades can be managed separately. A Component Interface can be created to interact with an Excel Spreadsheet, which updates PeopleSoft Positive Input to individual records.  Additionally we can create new pages that can be updated on a large scale.
